In most cases unhappiness is caused in the head, by your thoughts. Seldom by reality. And what you think is the problem is usually not the problem, the way you think about it might be.
These problems should be adressed with less thinking while you search in the stillness of your silence for what you maybe can change, past or future. There might be a few dimensions to that answer.
Probably best way to arrive in your future is to try live and breathe here and now while observing the thoughts which easily create scenarios reflecting fears, worries and insecurities. It is wise to check one’s thoughts before accepting them.
Accept your imperfection, uncertainty and what you cannot control as no amount of worrying will change or improve the future.
We run and powerwalk, lift weights and try to eat healthy adding extra vitamins while trying to cut down on the Bordeaux. But if we do not confront the negativity of our thoughts all that means little, and we will never be truly healthy.
